The Elite SDVOB Network (visit our National Headquarter's web site) is a national organization comprised of certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business and Disabled Veteran's Business Enterprises (DVBE's) program participants whose headquarters is located in San Diego, CA. The Elite SDVOB Network is incorporated as a 501(c)19 organization.

Membership Eligibility Requirements

Service Disabled Veteran Disability Rating,  as determined by a service connected disability statement from the US Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). 

There are two Disability Programs: (1.) the US Federal Government through the SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) Program, and (2.) the State of California DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) Program.  The major difference is that the SDVOSB requires a Zero percent disability rating from the VA.; and the DVBE program requires a minimum of 10% from the VA

The requirement for membership is that a business must be certified for federal procurements, or certified by the OSDS (Office of Small Business & DVBE Services) for State of California procurements and is either a:

• sole proprietor (ownership)
• publicly owned business (stock)
• subsidiary (voting stock of parent corporation)
• joint venture (earnings)
• where at least 51% is owned by one or more service disabled veterans
• where management and control are by one or more service disabled veterans
• where the home office is located in the United States, and is not a branch of a foreign-based firm.

What We Do

The Elite SDVOB Convention’s main focus is to help small and disabled veteran-owned businesses connect with corporate and government agencies.

The purpose of the (SDVOB) Network is to provide a forum where members meet to discuss the:

• companies supporting DVBE programs
  GOALS ( Short & Long Term )

• legal obligations
• utilization
